We aim to get your Ilma View order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 1–2 business days from the next business day.

We ship all orders with Australia Post.

Shipping Information

Please note:

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays and other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers or military addresses.
Parcels may be left in a safe place if available. If a safe location cannot be identified, your parcel may be redirected to your local post office for collection.
